Specific Mackerel pattern design

Hi! I would love to have the pattern of a mackerel (yes, the fish ) as my whatsapp wallpaper. However, online I can only find images of the actual fish and that doesn't look too nice...



I'd love it if someone could design this black with iridescent grey/green/blue - pattern for me to use as my whatsapp wallpaper. Thank you!

It would probably help if you can post some example patterns that look similar to what you want, even if they are not fish.

Thanks, that's very helpful. So you want the pattern that is on the mackerel skin to be slightly more abstract and flat looking, but with colors closer to a real mackerel.

This is an interesting request, I hope someone comes along to have a go at it. Not sure I'll have time myself.

wauw thank you! I love how you played around with the abstract shapes and the pattern of the scales I imagined the black lines to be a bit thicker though, could you try and adjust that? If you don't want to, this already looks cool as my whatsapp background
