Looks pretty good from what I can see...........the image is too small to see details. Can you post in the original size or your PSD file?
I can still see remnant artifacts from the cloning. You really need to be working on much larger images.

What tool did you use up to this point?
I see several areas that need addressing, but I will start here.
Let's look at her forehead. See this crack?
Here's your repair. You can still see a line of demarcation. There's a tonal difference that needs to be blended.
Done quickly for the demo, here's more what a blended tone might look like. See the difference?
I primarily used the Spot Healing Brush Tool to clean up the scratches. I then used the Brush Tool with a Skin/Spatter brush to blend the tones.
Will cover some more areas later. Would like to see how you make changes on her forehead.

Interfere all you want!!! We need many ideas and opinions!
My way works well for me and gets fairly decent results, but it's certainly not the only way or necessarily the best way. Being exposed to a variety of techniques helps members to choose what works best for their needs.
