I've been lurking on the forums and have been delving through old posts trying to figure this out, but alas, have yet to do so. I'm trying to convert a photo of my dog into a cartoonish clipart graphic and so far have come across a countless number of ways to achieve a "cartoon" effect, but none that manage to achieve what I've been looking for. Any insight and/or pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Please see the attached photos for an idea of the effect I'm trying to achieve. Thank you in advanced for any guidance offered!
