Specific Cut out extremely intricate objects in an image

Hello, everyone!

I need to carefully cut several objects out of the image. Only the castle, the adjacent bridge, and the rock on which the castle is built should remain in the final picture. Everything else should be erased.
There are a few things to keep in mind, which I will explain.

1. This may not be necessary, but to avoid having to do it in the future, I want to point out that the sky is visible in some hard-to-reach places near the castle roof. Those areas need to be cleaned up.
2. Part of the rock on which the castle is built is covered by clouds. This part needs to remain with the castle
3. Lastly and most importantly, all the ropes, poles, flags, and castle decorations must be preserved.

I attached the second picture with all above mentioned areas marked.
I hope I am not asking for the impossible, and I would be extremely grateful.

I've marked these things just to draw attention to them, because you have to be very careful with them. They should be preserved.
If you look at the marked image and the text, you'll see a connection between the text and the colored dots in the upper right corner, and between the colored dots and the circled things.

It has a lot of really weird artifacts.

The artifacts are compression artifacts. This image was at some prior history a JPEG image with some decent compression as the underlying artifacts are blocked in 16x16 bit blocks. It was then at some point saved as a PNG yet that does not remove those artifacts. I have taken a screen shot of the flag and an amplified saturation map of the same area to make it clear. FYI.
