Specific Make white letters black in logo

Below is my logo with white letters (so you probably can't see them against this white background because it's a transparent logo). I downloaded this when I had a subscription to a logo designer, but I no longer am subscribed and I'm wondering if it's possible to change the white lettering "Cheryl's Birds" and the white part of the bird and make them both BLACK (but leave the red part of the bird red).

You'll hopefully be able to see this transparent image when opened in PS.
