Attached is a picture of my Mum in law, sadly we lost her a couple of years back, but we are looking to get Father in laws favourite picture improved as best as possible to get framed etc etc.
Obviousley Im not expecting a crystal clear 4k image, but if anyone can make it a lot better in terms of making it look more natural and repair damage etc etc, that would be great
