Hi @goreisking
Just changing colors does not create the bottom image. Some lines in the lower image are just outlines (tubes) and another has dark underlying background. Do you want those extra details as that is beyond just changing colors?

The biggest challenge for me was that the file, though posted as a PNG, had been a JPEG at some point and included a lot of JPEG compression color and luminosity artifacts (blurs the image histogram too). Once I figured out a way to eliminate the artifacts and reduce the image's pixels to a few unique RGB colors, it became much easier to change colors.
