Specific Remove background for grandma's memorial picture

Hello!
I would hugely appreciate if someone could edit this photo that we would like to use for my grandma's memorial. The main thing is just removing the people in the background. (A neutral background is fine - maybe outside or in a "neutral-looking" restaurant.)
If it was also possible to improve the resolution that would be amazing, as we would like to put it in a frame near the coffin. (The current picture quality should be 4MB, but let me know if it hasn't come through as that.)

Thank you so much! I like how this one has a lot of her fine hair around the sides of her head in, still, too.
Any chance you could try a slightly more "neutral" garden background, something like what's in the back of this? https://share.google/images/4lWwqkmK08ThmEvBS
Basically, I guess we want it to just look like a natural snap.
