Cascading style sheet is aka css. It is basically a page saying what fonts sizes etc you want every section to be.

May I recommend wc3school.com for the easiest way of learning not just html, but everything that goes with it.

iDad, probably you have to sign up in other forums and get a better way to exposure yourself. Have you seen wix.com? They have nice free web hosting with designs and things. Very complete, in fact. Take a look to the premade websites and use your imagination to build yours in just minutes (or days! depending on how much personal you want your site looking like. You can create every simple thing in wix!).
