    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Painter12, for now. Used to do Bryce, Carrera, in other words, 3-D. Also do Flash animations...got started as an animator with Animator Pro way back when. As a side, I draw and paint watercolors. :naughty:

    Okay, that was only one thing to check. I'm not sure about the 30 day trial problems, never tried that, so you could be correct about that. You could also check if both files are 8-bit, etc. That would be in the same place as the RGB setting, further down the menu.

    Would this include videos? Of course Adobe.com and YouTube have videos on how-tos, but having some here would be nice to have, in addition to pictures.

    First thing I would do is check the mode the flower picture is in. It needs to be changed to RGB. If it already is RGB, then I would tend to think it is your system. Image/Mode/RGB ....then trace it and create a new layer as you have done.

    I never said that. I successfully changed the color in styles. Used to be a user could change colors in styles, and believe it is that way still. It isn't stroke or outerglow that is the problem, and those can be eliminated if it is.

    I would guess layers and duplicate layers, and move them where you want them? By the way, Bryce would do this with no problem.

    Hi All, I'm new (and I have a question)...

    Sometimes the Mode feature has to be a certain setting. That's just off the top of my head. :cry:
