    Smart Portrait Neural filter never works...

    When I try to use the Neural filters under "Smart Portrait" it never works. No matter which option I chose, gaze, anger, facial age, hair thickness etc, it always gives me an error "There was an error running this filter." Anyone experience this before and have any ideas how to fix it???

    Specific If possible could someone move a background banner to a different location?

    Trying to get the Akron basketball banner moved to the right more but still be behind the hoop and stanchion. It doesn't matter if the "BALL" part or basketball are covered like they are in the regular image

    Trying to mess with a friend and wanted to make this look more natural.... I tried myself but I cant make it blend in very well. I was trying to get the skin tone more like the new face as well instead of the original image.
