Here is something that takes mere seconds. Use the eyedroppers in Levels. Highlight far right. (Select a White--Girls Shirt)
Shadow far Left. (Select Black--border on bottom)
You can also use the Brush Tool set to Color.
Sample the color you like and brush over the areas you want changed. I usually set the Opacity at 30%. This gives you a little more control as not to over do it.
Works great for everything.
This is NOT a piece of Vector Art. It is a Raster image. The most obvious advantage of Vector images over Raster graphics is that Vector images are quickly and perfectly scalable. There is no upper or lower limit for sizing Vector images.
