Specific Change a Graphic

Hello! Can someone edit this graphic for me?

1. Change the "Excel" graphic into a white colored logo (with all the silver and red parts also turned into white) ...while keeping the black background and the same font style?

2. The graphic quality itself also looks 'fuzzy' and not as clear or crisp...Can anyone help also make the graphic of a more "clearer" quality?
