    Ok, new to Photoshop... I know you can select the guy, but how do you do the selecting so straight and perfect? I try to lasso and I just cut into things or get more than what I want.

    I think the problem is that this is the only picture she has of her son and I scanned what I think was a home made printed picture. That's why it's not so good looking in the scanned/resolution department.
