    The magnetic lasso is great. Then after using that use the the quick selection tool to refine. Its a good way to outline (roughly) what you want. Also I think it does a great job. Then expand the edge slightly, blend layers. I think MS developed technology just for this, try using the Windows...

    photoshop request

    Why don't you just look up the make and model online and view other images. It would time consuming to change it to white or another color and make it look good. There are too many shades.

    Do you have a higher quality of image? How do I download the attached?

    Also, its probably something on your camera lens. Normally when this happens its a dust particle or smuge that causes the light to reflect. From the angle of the shadows your not directly in the sun and may have not happened with a clean lens. Could also be on your Mirror if you have a DSLR.
