    Batch isn't saving into folder

We could use more details as to what "batch" task you have in mind and which version Photoshop you have. If you are trying to rename multiple files (photos) in a folder or into another folder, you might want to do this using Bridge (I have Bridge CS2, Mac OS 9.3.) (Bridge) ->Tools -> Batch...

Lots of old fashioned fonts here

Nice fonts there, Doc! just as a FYI: I went to the site but could not find out if they were true-type or Postscript or Open type. Given that they were free I assumed truetype - good for general but not for print publishing. I downloaded one and found it to be truetype. The fonts are also only...

    Start to a site

at the moment, it's very nice and simple. I would highly recommend that you make your "enter" button very clear so no one has to try to guess how to enter your site.

    Glass Christmas Balls

Perspective is everything..and to my way of thinking..if you look at a sphere like a Christmas ball, you will always get a "bent" reflection. IMHO..if you want realism.... stick with Mark's tut. If realism isn't important, go with anything at that point.

Any Font Lovers in the House?!

Font Viewer Thanks, Mark I downloaded this, although I wasn't sure what it would really do. Turns out it's a WYSIWYG of all your fonts using your Browser.. right? Tanya

scanning - multiple parts into one; using one setting

I have a map that I had to scan in 8 parts. Not all 8 parts came out the same so when I merge them, the parts are obvious. I once saw a tut where by all photos used the same setting so that onced merged, you can't tell the difference. What I need is the how-to. I'm so used to dealing...

Illustrator Export .EPS file to Quark Express

some ideas to ponder XPress can color manage most tiff files and can't really change any color values in eps files, so maybe the trick is to keep the tiff format and not eps. Is the image grayscale and that's why you saved as an eps file? As to the clipping path on the tiff file, perhaps...

Illustrator Proposed museum map & art

I like what you've done. It's easy to read your map and the illustration, tho simply made, has a really nice illustration look to it. I guess there's no way to really highlight the other side of the fence/building.. or were these two what was asked? Tanya

Illustrator something I did for a magazine

hi Kelli Thanks for the complements, Folks. Like all artwork, the finished product always looks so simple and the time involved just doesn't show does it. Kelli: Given a choice I'd have picked different colors for a lot of things in there *S but.. alas..those are the official color cmyk's...

    Illustrator Feedback please!

graphic I like the graphic of the boys and agree with tilting it more to the right. As to the star.. is that part of the local club's logo or something? If so, I'd leave it in since everyone getting the poster would relate to it. Are the 4 bottom colors also part of their "look" or..colors...

3D Mostly Vue 4 (with Illustrator and Photoshop)

fish Welles, that is gorgeously done! Love the graphics and especially the water above. Being a underwater baby whenever I can go diving or snorkeling, there is often very definite sunlight patterns under the water unless of course it's a grey kinda day. Tanya
