hello again, it was a standalone program, made by a man with East European or Russian name I remember. did not find it by a long Google search... making this effect based on only one picture ( using other fragments of the picture to make the mosaic effect ?... I am afraid it wasn't...- thegooddoct

Hy, i used a small program to do this effect five years ago, can't find it any more, and dont remember the name. this was a tool to make mosaic effect with various sizes, using only one image. any idea ?- thegooddoct
