Mosaic program/tool

Hy,
i used a small program to do this effect five years ago, can't find it any more, and dont remember the name.
this was a tool to make mosaic effect with various sizes, using only one image.
any idea ?

Hello and welcome.

Just for discussion, only you would know and recognize the program you used. If you do an internet search on mosaic programs, you should be able to identify the one you used.

This also raises a question, was it a stand alone program or some kind of plugin/script/action used in Photoshop?

hello again,
it was a standalone program, made by a man with East European or Russian name I remember.
did not find it by a long Google search...
making this effect based on only one picture ( using other fragments of the picture to make the mosaic effect ?...
I am afraid it wasn't compatible with windows 10 !
