How to do what?
Dress the models, set the props, pose the models, adjust the lights, positions the scrims and reflectors, set the aperture and shutter speed. etc., etc..

You seem to think there's a Photoshop setting that will make any photo look a certain way.
It doesn't work that way, not even close.

Ask a specific question and we may be able to help you out.
