    Ok.. On the last image you sent, click on background copy so it's highlighted. The press ctrl + left click the thumbnail image of the text layer. This should select the text layer but still being on the background copy layer. Then press ctrl+J to get it done.

    I can't connect my HTML file with CSS file!!

    You've also misspelled mainmenu in the css code... If you still can't link the css to the html. Add <style></style> to the html, just below the title and add your css there. Not good practice, but still works.
