    More Points = a Choppy Mask. Make your Path at 200 to 300% zoom. Cut out into the cabin at least 1 or 2 Pixels to avoid the dark outline like you have in places.

    Not sure whats happening with your fonts but if you outline this font in Illustrator you would be able to manipulate each element separately. Adding to or taking away parts you don't want. Hope this helps.

    Unfortunately you cannot take off any Filter that may have been used on here. The image is LoRes and quite Pixelated. Any sharpening will just exaggerate the Low Quality.
