    Today we commonly call it the Clone Stamp tool. If you have 2 files open and side by side PSE ( two pictures on the screen ) you can't clone something from one image (file) to another (file). You need to move one image file into a new layer of the 2nd image file. Not many of us use Elements...

    I checked Newegg and Amazon and there's nothing there. Ebay has some bargains if you're comfortable buying there but the only place I know to get a guaranteed 100% official copy is Adobe.com Good Luck
