    Maybe try making a new one instead of deleting it, and keep it as simple as you can. Choose only the file format you want and quality.

    Welcome! Without seeing your images and layers its hard to say whats happening. But to take a shot in dark, I'd say....If all you want to do is "Soften" the edges use the "Blur Tool" which is right above the dodge and burn tool. As for your clone stamp issue, I would check your blend mode...

    I would like to hear a "technical" side of it, since all I've heard is 'aw how pretty' lol. I put a lot of time into it and re-rendered a lot of the stuff myself. Like the lines on the field for instance. The right half were completely gone, no colors were left in my file. So I copied the lines...
