    Text tool problem

Okay, try this. Open up your photoshop, and go to the text tool. Click the big T with the small arrow to the right of it, This will pull up another menu. Then click the circle with the arrow pointing RIGHT in it. It will be small and in the top right of this new box. Click "Reset Tool" and then...

Anyone who can help me with this effect?

Looks like a displacement filter. Not sure, though. Look up a tutorial on those, they're hard to explain.

Anyone who can help me with this effect?

Make a rectangle where you want the new color to be. Make a new hue/saturation adjustment layer. (If your selection is live, it should create a layer mask using your selection. Make sure you have your feather set to 0 when you make your selection) Take the saturation down to ZERO on the...

    Text tool problem

Are you sure that your text size is large enough? Or that you're using a usable font? Try changing to size 100 font with a default font like Arial or Tahoma. Post back here, let me know if it worked for you. I'm not good with technical issues in photoshop but I'll see if I can help you figure it...

    Color mix

Please hurry up? You probably should not rush people when asking for help, just a little life advice. Anyways, These are 1 of 2 things. The first being a 3D model set in an environment. In which case the reflected lights you're seeing are actual lights set up in the 3D environment being...

    Big Showcase

Thanks for all the love! I've got more work, I've just got it scattered all over the net lol. I'm very unorganized on my PC :p. @Moeller. Definitely give it a try bro! I may do a tutorial at some point. I hate how people have all this knowledge and don't want to share it. I'm fine with sharing...

    Big Showcase

Yeah that's what I do. I never dodge and burn on the layer itself. Been doing it with masks and seperated layers for about 3 years :p i don't find the liquids tool to be as useful as some do. It really distorts the image sometimes and creates unwanted artifacts in the image :p

    Big Showcase

A dodge and burn effect I did using a single brightness/contrast adjustment layer and a layer mask. There's so. Many ways to d&b lol

    Big Showcase

Just gray colors. Don't need a 50% gray layer to put tmem on. Use a more brighter gray for divide, and darker gray for your linear light. Divide will be ur dodge and linear light will be your burn.

    Big Showcase

Thanks brother. I used a stock image, then used the warp transform tool to warp her main body shape into the position I was looking for. For her hands and head, I duplicated them from the original image and then made the entire image smaller. Pasted the hands and head into the image. So the...

    Wolverine & Silver Samurai Posters

They're okay. Very simple, though, as I look at them and break them down into what I see was done. Simple works, but there's a few things you could do to REALLY make these pop. In the first one, Lose the stroke on the text. It really takes away from the simplicity of the poster. Keep it simple...

    Limiting photo to selection

Simple. Grab your circle marquee tool and make a circle. make a new layer, fill this layer with whatever color you'd like. Now, open the image that you want to be inside of this circle and bring it into your document (The one with the circle). Once you do this, put the image layer directly above...

  16. Bane

    Hi (:

    Howdy! I've been using photoshop for over 5 years in all mediums. Manipulations, Album Art, Illustrations, etc. :) Figured I could give some nice insight and advice to those in need! As well as hopefully get feedback on a few pieces. Guess that's all for now? (;
