    Sorry for late answer, been some trouble home. Anyways, here is my try. I did exactly as those 3 steps, still it's not even close to what you achieved?! What did I do wrong? *Edited* After some thoughts it would have been the liquify filter that was missing:runaway: Am I right?!

    nono, I mailed the company but all they knew was that it was based from a picture of sedimentary stone. I don't have any other information except that. :doh: I don't even know if you need the original photograph to create this effect!

    Might not even notice that it's based from sedimentary rock. It's an effect that the artist made. But for all i know it's a photography of sedimentary rock that started all this. :rolleyes: The image is a cover for an album!

    Haha, sorry for confusion. It's something artistic made, but I know that it was a photograph of sedimentary stone to start with.
