Fitting other clothes on a picture of me

Do you mean what I just quickly done below?: If so, select the item of clothing, make it a smart layer, free transform it (Ctrl+T) then play around with perspective and warp

    Help required (queen album cover)

I don't understand what exactly you mean. Maybe upload us a picture of your work? Use Image Shack to upload if possible.

tips on how to make this more realistic?

2Pixels, I am not here to insult you, but your first reply to the topic creator was very cold even if it was true (which it is). Perhaps you can say what you mean and feel without always sounding cold, crude and insulting? It's not what you say (because you give good, factual advice), but it's...

    Help with image please!

2pixels idea is the best way but if you do not know about smart filters, make your selection, go to filter at the top and select "Convert for smart filters", then apply your blur filter and it will make a non-destructive blur layer which you can remove anytime you wish.

Just can't get the hang of the pen tool

I can select objects using: - Layer Mask - Extract filter and history brush - Polygonal Lasso - Channel Selection and Curves - Eraser (lol) - Colour Range But in most cases the best way is the pen tool. I am still learning how to use it effectively but really, it is the best way!

Quick Newbie Pen Tool Question (Anchor Placement)

Below is a shape which I have enlarged by 300%: Although I have a lot of experience in Photoshop, I am posting in the newbie forum because I appreciate this is a newbie question lol. I'm not new to the pen tool, I know how to use it for a lot of shapes but this one troubles me. I wish to draw...

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

I understand what you are saying but my solution was to scrap what I already made and start over. Is this the sort of action that you would support? I could not understand how I would separate my path into two separate paths without remaking the whole thing. It's a good job my design wasn't a...

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

I'm sorry you feel that way about me, but I am no noob and came here for help, not to be insulted. I know how to create a new fill layer for the two separate parts by remaking the whole image which I have now just done, what I don't know is how you did this with my existing image which already...

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

I don't understand why you spend your time helping me then quit at the end, what is the use of that? I've been using Photoshop for over half a decade but vector shapes are new to me. I know how to split a shape into separate layers but what I fear is losing that vector ability... the ability to...

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

I don't understand your method and how you separated my image into 2 different sections is beyond me.

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

Using refine edge is a very novice way of doing it but I just tried it, and the lines aren't as crisp and sharp as I would like. For such a simple object, I want this to be true vector, within Photoshop. I don't want to mess around with refine edge everything I want to use the image.

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

I don't understand how you create a new fill or adj layer. Also, in your screenshot, you seem to have my shape split into two separate layers. One layer has the blue part, the other the grey part. When I open my file up, I only have one layer and one path: Making the shape a smart layer...

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

How is it rasterised then? What did I do that was wrong? Here is what I did: 1. Create the object with the pen tool 2. Ctrl click the path to make a selection, then painted in the different areas with a paint brush 3. Save file as EPS Saving as a smart object would allow me to shrink...

I don't think the EPS file I just made is Vector

Hi, I am experienced in Photoshop but not very experienced in vector images. I use Photoshop CS4 and trying to learn logo design. Below is a PSD file of a shape I made using the pen tool (file is virus free) http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stephanie.mirza/Letter%20A.zip It's suppose to ressemble...

how can i remove this logo???

I have fixed this for you: http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/2255/speakerrd2.jpg Instead of using the healing brush, try the clone stamp tool. It works very well but be sure to zoom right in (around 400%) and make sure your clone stamp brush is small.

    Pool water reflection.

The way you are doing it makes the ripples look metalic, so I understand why it's not quite right. Try looking here water ripple - Google Image Search

    Erasing black and white layer

    1. Start with a new canvas and open your coloured image. 2. Duplicate the coloured image layer and call it "B&W" or something to that effect. 3. Desaturate this B&W layer (I'm guessing you know how to do this, if not, just ask) 4. Apply a layer mask to this B&W layer. When you do this...

    How to use PSD files

The layers "Layer 1" and "background" are not actually layers at all, they are folders, containing layers inside. Just like a folder on your computer, it may contain files inside. Some Photoshop users use folders to keep their layers organised. I have not used Elements before, but try double...

    Animated Gif problem

If you export the gifs as a series of jpegs, you can then edit each frame and remove the white bits. Once done, you can then recompile the frames into a working gif file again.
