    Small Low Quality Image to Larger Good Qualiry Image

    Hoogle is right. Dependent on how large you want to make it (reasonable size 100-200%) OnOne Perfect Resize does a nice job. I have Version 9 which is the latest one and I am amazed at how good the results are. If you want to post the image, I'll give it a go for you.

    They have their work cut out. I had some dealings with Serif on a vector program I bought from them and as far as I personally was concerned it sucked.

    Your missing my point. The long white strip. It looks like a rain gutter to me. Probably metal. I think there is a reflection coming off of that and is your mystery object.

    What is that white strip on the roof above where the door is? Is that a piece of white gutter ? Looking at this in PS it looks like to me there was a reflection of some kind off that white object.

    You don't have to use the brush tool. When the stroke option is invoked you will get a menu with a drop down to choose the tool. You could use the pencil tool for example but as Hoogle said about the brush, the pixels have to be set prior to to using it, otherwise you will get the last setting...
