    To get the exact pixel dimensions, try using the crop tool and specifying 755 x 120 in the tool's menu at the top of the screen. Then drag the crop tool over your picture. Make sure you double click the zoom tool afterward to see your picture at 100% resolution.

    How to turn on rounded rectangular marque tool?

    I don't think there is a rounded marquee selection tool. What you can do though is use the rounded marquee shape tool (it's below the T "text icon" on the tools pallete) and convert it into a selection in the paths pallete. I'd show you a screen shot, but I don't know how to do that yet. [shhh]

    Arrange shapes...

    Select the shape you want to put in front, go to the layer menu, arrange, and "send to front." Or, just go to the layers pallete and arange your shapes there.
