    Not that I know of that's specifically on those, but you can always look in the Help files. Otherwise, I don't think they will be hard to understand if you play around with them a bit. Not that many controls in them.

    Agree on Scott Kelby! Top notch guy. If you can settle for video instead of books, Scott is running a site worth noticing = Kelby Training. Lots of titles on different topics there and the best of the line of instructors in thier respective field of expertise. And yes - you can buy books...

    Yes, but then you need to have the Extract Tool installed. It's not there by default anymore. It's in a separate addons folder on the installation disc. Or you can pick it up as a dl from Adobe - I think .. (and hope) ..

    I'm assuming you take multiple exposures with a fixed camera of the athletes movements throughout - right ? Then iDad, I think you're saying the player (athlete) would have to be extracted from the original background in all five images, put on a new - or empty background (no player) each in...

    As a complete newbe with AE I found the best help possible from Video Copilot. Andrew had me up and running in notime and the site is just awsome. Proof of statement -> Last two minutes of my tutorial Lightbox Background. I would not have been able to pull it off without Andrews tutorials.

    Depends what you mean by enhanced. Looks like it's a scan of a pencil drawing so how would you like to enhance it ? Sharpen the image ? Contrast adjust it ? Digitalise it (make a Photoshop or Illustrator drawing) ? Colourise it ? What .. ?
