    How to create a Picture Stack?

    Get frames (make them or find online) and then add picture to it by creating Clipping Mask and moving picture to the place where it looks good to you.

    Light Expansion Brush/Effect ?

    Make a bunch of short lines and use Radial Blur on it?? Play with it's settings to achieve this effect..

    BG effect Id say is many rectangles in white in different Opacities.. or a pattern like that. The lighting on the left is 3 big white rectangles with Gradient on them to make them transparent gradiently... opacity varies too. Font I don't know but text is also either different green color...

    Not a clue what usual psytrance posters look, but I think it goes with the theme. Really good work on blending images. Could give text more spacing, maybe smaller font for that as the text looks a bit crowded..

    You could just take the Burn tool and use it instead fpr the shadow. You can use Dodge tool on the left side to lighten the spots. Do both on an original pic not the one you have now. Dodging/burning can look really good! ;) I see where you goin' with color selection. Maybe just add light...

    Did you work on the shadow on the right side of the face? Kinda too dark, I'd change font color too. Other than that seems nice. :)
