    Fixing up an enlarged image

    Here's my problem: I had to enlarge this photo and I need it at these dimensions, but now (as you can see), it's all grainy and choppy. I've already tried to sharpen and clarify it, but is there anything else I can do to make it look better? Thank you.

    Thanks for the quick reply. What I meant for my first question, is when I opened a new .psd file and tried to use a brush (after creating a layer for it), it said it needs a corresponding layer and it wouldn't let me use the brush.

    What does it mean when it says there is no corresponding layers? Is there a way you can resize brushes?
