    That is true & was my biggest suspicion as to the problem. So, I either have to find a solution, or just live with a blend mode after merging that fits closest to the original.

    Hi Sam, thx. I 1st tried merge layers, then I grouped them and tried merge group. I will upload the PSD, it will be better to experiment with. The bg is just a blurred shape, as I was using it to gauge transparency.

    I don't do a lot of it, usually just on demand, but I have a full sublimation set up, with Garment Press, and another device for Mugs. Quite easy to use.

    I've tried a few of them, that I found and they just create a matrix screen. The one I had actually transformed the image in to the falling matrix effect. I actually think it may have been the Benjo one on deviantArt, but that is no longer downloadable :(

    I guess it's not for everyone. The layout side of it is not really a challenge, but making the components is fun. I joined one forum so I could browse what people are up to, and it seems most of them use Ps and some even use Ai, so maybe I just assumed :)
