    After Calibrating ur monitor.... Go to edit>colour settings and switch to (ur likely already on it) sRGB IEC61966-2.1 under rgb section, thats the default monitor profile for pc, adobe 98 is default for MAC. (i think) There is no way whatsoever to be 100% certain it will look the same...

    I use a radeon 9000, and also tried on nvidia LCD and a COMPAQ IBM, uses some crappy stock card. I also use direct x 9. Has alot of people stimped this one

    I agree that education institutes should negotiate deals with software companies. If educational versions were 20 bucks a pop, it would be well worth it, having a hard copy original that is the real deal is far, far better then cracked versions.

    ok heres the thing..... I checked the effect on 4 machines, 3 pc's and 1 mac... The only machine it worked on without jaggered edges was the mac, all three pcs had different displays (15 in LCD, 17 in CRT, 19 in CRT) and all in 32 bit colour. Do you work on a mac by chance? If so can...

    im set at 32 bit (highest) 1280 by 1024 pixel on 19 inch dv. so the actual lines look normal when u open the psd on ur machine??? im stuck [confused]

    ok i fixed it.... before i applied the spherize filter, i selected the grid, feathered 1 px, deleted the original merc layer and filled with black, this then allowed me to spherize the without jaggered edges. It made the lines blured, but your tips using levels fixed that! :D Might I...
