    Thanks guys and yes I had considered adding motion blur wasn't sure that it would be necessary or really even improve anything. I still have the PSD so I might modify it :) I appreciate the feed back.

    I didn't see many tutorials going over this. Most of the tutorials I saw showed you how to do a lot of pretty self explanatory stuff. This tutorial is show you how to round off corners on objects and how to round ends on objects as well.

    Like Zeealex said, it's likely a high res vector. However, if you're using Photoshop then Photoshop has different filters you can use to get this effect, or you can use the pen tool, but that might be a bit tedious.
