    Photoshop Watercolor

very nicely done. I like the texture and the way you managed to get the blue drops to "bleed" into the paper just like a water color would do.

    Beginner after some feedback

You should see it in the bottom right corner of your post -- right next to reply. It's possible that you don't get edit privileges until you reach 5 posts, though. I don't know about if that's a rule or not as I'm a newbie like yourself.

Aligning two images - not auto-align

I like the cut of your jib, cowboy. That's some clever thinking.

    Fonts in Photoshop

I didn't realize that the font mentioned in my previous post was commercial only. The free fonts database has a generic version, though, and the results are a pretty good match. http://www.freefontsdb.com/detail/3648/Compacta-Bold-Italic-BT

COMPACTA SH-BOLD ITALIC looks like a pretty close match. See the following link...

    Requesting help for college poster

The problem lies in the fact that the source file being used by the OP has been in bitmap form since he began using it. This is a free template designed by DeviantArt user amandhingra for DownloadPSD.com The original psd files (which are exactly the same as uploaded in post 1) may be obtained...

    Boss Mustang 302

lookin' good. like colored pencil. I do believe that I like that last image better than the original photograph of the car.

    Boss Mustang 302

it's actually the vanquish; but all of their cars are styled so similarly that you may as well call it what you like. :)

That's pretty nifty. Thanks for sharing. I believe I shall have to look at some of the tutorials on your website.

    Boss Mustang 302

cool effect. thanks for the tutorial. I just gave it a try with another car from netcarshow. It's a little jaggy because I grabbed a low-res image; but not too bad.

My First Photo Restoration -- Please Critique

Wow, Tom! I didn't mean for you (or anyone) to spend so much time and effort on this. That said, the additional information you've provided is wonderful. I just went to the neatimage website and see that they have a demo version available. I believe I shall have to give it a try.

    How to draw a formula

I just started trying to learn inkscape vector drawing last week. I've done a couple of tutorials. Your drawing is just simple enough for a beginner like me to attempt. I hope you don't mind that I tried to draw your car.

    Rihanna Black and White restoration

Thanks for your response. I guess sometimes the direct approach is easier. :) I'm always trying to mask things off so I can't paint outside the lines; but masking is so difficult (well, I'm new). I guess in this case, a steady hand and just going for it has yielded great results.

How do I pull reflections from one image and paste it on another?

Another option... This is exactly as above; just using your full image. -or- maybe you are trying to achieve an effect like the one below. In this case, setup is exactly the same as described in the post above with the addition of the following layer mask attached to the reflections...

Restore and Manipulation of old photo

Nice bit of trivia. I wouldn't even have thought to look up the invention date to see if it was a proper period piece.
