    Specific Resize and keep quality

    Need help resizing these images while maintaining quality. (Would do it myself but computer blue screened, had to send it off and it's gonna cost $175~) I need these in 18x18, 36x36,72x72 (each, 12 images in all) if anyone can help I'd be really appreciative. Thanks in advance.
