    Some sensuality....

I like them =D especially the black and white one. The frame on the first one's great, so simple but it works so well :)

Help needed, I was asked to design for can drink, what should i focus on?

If you want to make it realistic then you'll need to use a 3D program like 3Ds Max. Most drink adverts will use a 3D model then touch it up in Photoshop afterwards.

Need to make white background transparent (pic inside), help?

If you want a transparent background so you can put the text on something else, set the blending mode to multiply and it'll get rid of all the white, easy as that ^^

    Pixelation of shape layers

Yeah you shouldn't zoom in over 100% unless you doing some detail work. What dimensions are you using? I usually work in about 2000 x 2000.

Faster way to remove BG of image than Lasso Tool?

I agree with Adam, use the pen tool. It'll give you a higher quality then any other method but it's also the most time consuming.

    Pixelation of shape layers

Ah I think I know what it is; Change the style from 'shape layer' to 'fill pixels' which is at the top left of the tool bar, next to the pen tool.

    Pixelation of shape layers

Hmm, I'm not sure. Which version of Photoshop are you using? It might just be a different layout because you're on a mac and I'm on a PC but I thought it'd be the same.

    Pixelation of shape layers

Click on "go advance" next to "submit reply" (or something like that) then click the paper clip thing to add an attachment, upload it, click on it so it's ticked, then click "insert inline" at the bottom right corner.

Can you help explain how to achieve this effect?

If you're a photographer then you're better of leaning how to take HRD pictures on your camera since doing it in photoshop is just fake HDR. It's not too hard, all you have to do it take 3 photos with varying exposure's. I think it -2EV, 0EV and +2EV I did a bit on it in university last year :)

Can you help explain how to achieve this effect?

Ah right, ok I was wrong :) and if it's all done by an action then I don't think they'll be any brush work either. Best thing I'd suggest is to look at some HDR tutorials and you could get a similar effect. There's a few here.
