    Thanks guys :righton: It is sand and the creature is alive and dwells beneath the earth,it has just burst up through the sand :) The horns in the shoulder area are for earth digging. The expression was a snapshot of it getting its first breath of air out in the open after digging...

    Hmm ok,if it is extruding instead of moving my guess would be the key you might be holding down when you drag,try just dragging,if you are not already holding down a key. Flange is like an extruded or tapered area which joins to a larger surface,acck nope thats a terrible explanation...

    That is a good tip :righton: Stitch and sew is another good plugin I really like,just 5 US.You can join 2 objects using optimize most of the time but stitch and sew is also cool to use.I also have weld tool and weld lower or higher is invaulable. If you ever have points out of line...

    There are a few new apps around which "supposedly" allow you to upscale images with no real recognizable loss in image quality,I am dubious of this claim myself,you could try one though.I cant think of the damn name sorry [stuned] Stu.

    The pen tool bud [stuned] ,ah and stroke with a paint brush etc,right? :) When painting your copied channel I find inverting the channel occasionally and painting a little and inverting back again works quite ncely as well :D
