    What colour profile do you normally use,is it sRGB? I would have gone along along with Capn and said prefs,as the save for web and its fine,sounds like the view menu has been changed from Windows to Mac or vice versa,but if it isnt that and your monitor is still ok then I have no idea...

    Hi bud :D Ya as Mark said still shot or animation?,if its a still you can paint some white caps in,if it animation you would probably be better doing a search for a free waves generator/plugin for Max,to get a decent effect :) I helped with waves huh,gee I cant remember that :D...

    Painting in 16 bit sounds like fun to me :D Yep those feathers are lame,they should have gone with the cool looking dark "dark matter" splash screen I saw,or was that IR could have been,I think PS was taconnite or something.

    The photo filters have adjustment layers :) . I was kind of dissapointed until I got the 1.8m pdf and slowly perused through,there are some real goodies for everyone in there.The majority seems to be workflow though,but at least this time 16 bit functionality is in there :D Stu.

    As to whether a machine freezes or not usually has a lot to do with the way it is set up.I use a Mac and it really does hardly ever freeze up,with the exception of Internet explorer which freezes at least once nightly,and also if I forget to take the pen tools filter from Wacom out of PS plugins...
