I want to use some type of filter on a color
Hi, I've been trying over and over to create a background for a website, and I'm getting really frustrated!!!!! I just want to use a solid color and then use some type of effects or filter to make it so that it's not so plain. Some type of 'ripple' or 'wave' or something. So I go to...- heidi
