    PS2020

    Every time I open Photoshop a pop up message wants me to download an update. I choose the option to wait until I exit. Either way, now or later, it stops at 5%. How can I get this update? I must need it because I have a host of problems.

    Color to B/W

    Back in PSElements6 I found a way to make a better conversion to B/w that involved a duplicate layer, a levels adjustment layer that I opened but did nothing with it, and a gradient map. It came from a Photoshop book that I can't find now. Is anyone familar with the steps?
