    restoring hotkeys on sony laptop

    I completely removed the original sony os and put in my own winXp software. Now I cannot use my hotkeys ie. volume controls, brightness of the screen. ie. (Fn+F4 or Fn + F5)...anyone know how to get the hot keys to work again? thanks

    actual pixels, fit to screen and print size buttons question

    in photoshop there are the actual pixels and the print size buttons when you hit the little hand... i'm not sure what is the diff?...is the print size button the actual what i will see when it gets printed?...if so, then what is the actual pixels button...i know that is viewing at 100%...

    convert from color to b&w

    anyone know can give me a action to convert color images to black or sepia?... i know you can use channel mixer but i can't seem to get it right...i guess i don't know much about color thanks

    photoshop cs slow

    is it me or others think the same...???....any suggestion to make it run faster?...photoshop 7.0 was fine..but not cs my specs...winXP home, 2.4 ghz cpu, 1 gig ram, 20 gig harddrive, ati7500 video card... thanks

    i do series of steps and record the action....then i open a new image...play the action...a error message "the command make is currently not available"..or other steps of the action...not available.... what am i doing wrong...cannot run the action help please thanks

    neat image and photoshop file size

    i get a nef file then convert to tiff in photoshop...this is 60mb file...then clean the noise up with neat image...this becomes a 30mb file.... what happened?...quality is still there?...i can still print poster size prints vs the original 60mb file correct? thanks
