    Mark, It took me 30 min just to find the Custom shapes tool by selecting the Rectangle tool first. LOL. And then I didn't like the border it put around the only shape that looked like a text box. And once again, how do I chose a fill color? The Rectangle tool gave me a nice text box...

    I just typed in the text I want and want to add a grey background in the textbox behind the typed words. The "Fill" in the Edit isn't in bold and I can't open the Fill dialog box. How do I add background? Click link below for example: 2009-01-11_1042

    Part of the problem might be because I am uploading from my camera and disconnecting when uploading is finished.

    Can't get Photodeluxe3 (used 10 years) to install on new Vista OS so will try and learn something new & it's not easy for some of us oldsters. Boo hoo! I do just simple cropping and add text. Also resize to 800 x 600 so fits on message boards I belong to and people don't have to scroll to...
