    Some Signatures.

    The signatures are very unclear. You should make the text stand out more and use better fonts ( not saying those sucks, but they're not made for signatures I guess ). Make a smoother bewel, or else it looks like noob style. Try a 1px black border by the way.

    How do I do this shadow effect?

    Image > Adjustments > Desaturate Image > Adjustments > Levels Try 170 | 4 | 255 for the input levels. But play around with the levels until you get the effect as you want it.

    And I guess you got "Mode:" on normal? Be sure that you're using brush tool and not color replacement tool. ( Right click on the brush icon in the toolbar )
