    How do you achieve this effect?

    It looks like the pen tool has been used for a path. Then the path has been stroked then decreasing the brush spread or size as its got closer to the bends of the tree. But I can't figure out how? Any clues or tips to what tool was used?

    Thanks, very helpful! can i apply this texture to only some extrusions? I've basicly drew a 2d shape, extruded it. but when im applying this it's applying to all sides which have been extruded... can i say "just put this pattern on the top face"?

    Hi guys, really appreciated the help yesterday, has some good results. now i'm wanting to create an extrusion, but apply an image to it... Can this be done in 3d? or does it have to be made in 3d, flattened and applied as an overlay afterwards? Kind Regards. Andy

    Thanks, I'll have a look at that, I've got Maya installed, but working full time and a lot of stuff to do at home, i've not got a lot of time to learn how to use Maya, Photoshop seems pretty easy for what i need it for at work, I can draw an outline, do an extrusion stretch it out, texture it...

    Hi guys, was just wondering if you had any insight on how to create a 3d object, then apply a chrome surface, as the surfaces i'm using doesn't actually show a name, so its hard to tell what is grey, what is chrome, what is brushed silver etc... Is there a way to identify these...

    Applying perspective automatically to a smart object?

    Thanks guys, had a little play with that and seems good. If I wanted to add a sink, are they any ways to scale this properly? I tried perspective warp, skew, distort, warp, and had no good results after an hour of trying... Any suggestions to add this image on the right wall...
