    Can't add gradient..

    Double click on the brush layer to bring up the layer styles palette and click on the words "gradient overlay". Then click on the black/white gradient box, choose your gradient, click okay and it will add it to your brush.

    opening photos

    The other way is to open Photo Suite itself and go to Options. Then choose it as the default programs for all images such as jpegs and gifs. Keep in mind that this option will make Photo Suite your default for all photos, whether they are opened in Yahoo or not.

    Tracer fire

    When every few shots there is one that emits a bright light signal, so you can see the "trace" of where shots are going. I think only rapid-firing automatic weapons use these.

    Need help with uneven colors on stitched panoramic shots

    i wouldn't be to embarrassed about it, usually when you put a band aid on a wound, the lack of air and sunlight to that area will decrease and skin will become less 'the same colour', but if you just leave it im sure it will be fine. If not, don't bother.

    To scroll through the layers in the Layers palette, hold down your Alt (Win) / Option (Mac) key and use the left and right bracket keys ( [ and ] ). The right bracket key scrolls upward through the layers, and the left bracket key scrolls down.
