    Tom, I reset Photoshop's preferences one more time (command +option+shift while starting Photoshop), and I stuck the Photoshop installation disk in (it reported that Photoshop was installed), and somehow now Photoshop prints normally. Thanks again for your interest. I wish I knew more.:eek: John

    Printing problem

    Photoshop won't recognize my Epson Workforce 40 printer. I have redone Photoshop preferences and reinstalled the latest Epson driver. When I go to print, I get the message that I need to select a printer and reopen Photoshop and documents. I can print from other programs. Thanks for any thoughts!

    I upgraded to Mac OS Yosemite as recommended. Now Photoshop won't open.

    Well, I upgraded my Photoshop CS5 to version 12.04 and now it will print OK! I hope this is helpful to someone else who might be having the problem. Happy Holidays!

    I upgraded to Mac OS Yosemite as recommended. Now Photoshop won't open. Message reads, "An unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit." I thank you in advance for any suggestions. If necessary I can go to a backup disc and recover files from last week. John
