    Well I was able to manage that pretty well using color selection and then just erasing the birds and letters. I managed to get the hair animated. I just can get it animated on the back ground. If that makes any sense at all......

    Ok, Im tryin to make an animated gif from a still image. Basically, I want to have this hair animated but only the hair. I think I figured out how to make a good enough animation using the ripple effect but I'm having trouble getting it to only do the hair.

    I love the work. I hate to even say anything because it is way beyond my skill level and it may just be my crap monitor but at first glance I didnt see the top girls arms. The black gloves really blend in. Still a great job tho!
