    Chapps - this issue has been addressed a number of times on this forum, and in fact, is also on the adobe site... I'm going to assume here that you are using a cracked version, rather than a legal copy, as CTRL functionality is unavailable if you are using an "illegal" copy ;)

    No, al that was one of the first things i checked, which is what confused me cause they are all there!! A colleague at work thought, hmm... lets just copy my plug-ins, presets, required and samples folder over yours... but this resulted in having to completely reinstall ps as i got an error...
