    Removing person and adding to a different picture

    I've never been a fan of the magnetic lasso, sometimes it looks too rough for me. I usually use the Polygonal lasso tool, and zoom in REALLY far for accuracy.     attempt #2 edit: worked on it a little more. Added some more shading, flattened all the skin layers & texturized them (sandstone), added a gradient to the hair, and softened it a bit. I also removed the darker color of the lips, I think it looks better that way

    yeah I had some issues with the rubber duck, I might try a darker yellow for the body, or maybe change the opacity of the layer so it's not overly bright compared to the rest of the pic. The hairs on the top of his head were tough to do also. That tiger is freakin awesome, I love the vibrance!

    wow, nice! way more organized than mine :P I don't have 2 monitors, the one on the left is my hubby's.. we have matching setups, although his computer is slightly better than mine (phenom 2955 vs my phenom 9850 - the rest is identical)

    erm, also it's been about 3 months since I did the original one, this time around I used different rocks for under her feet. Originally I had merged the 2 rocks on the left to create the steps. This time around, I cut part of the rock she's sitting on, and merged it with the larger rock on the left.
